It would be useful to be able to define custom links for applications, e.g. to our CD dashboard (we're using Argo CD), or log browser for this service. Ideally there is some kind of templating language, so metadata such as tags or the cluster name can be used to build the URL.

Example:

For the deployment "foo" in cluster "europe" I want to be able to jump to https://argocd.celonis.cloud/applications/europe-foo
